History of Samsung Camera

Samsung Electric Industries was established in 1969 in Suwon, Korea. Over the next twenty years, it expanded globally and become one of the world’s leading electronic companies manufacturing a wide range of appliances and products. Samsung started off manufacturing cameras for the aerospace industry in the 1990’s before venturing  to manufacturing consumer digital cameras.

High quality cameras

Among its range of cameras, Samsung deals in point and shoot cameras as well as DSLR models. However, the company focuses on manufacturing high quality point and shoot cameras for beginners and for amateur photographers. Samsung has always been in the top three companies worldwide in the number of digital cameras sold annually. Most of Samsung’s cameras are inexpensive models aimed at providing the inexperienced photographer with a user-friendly product.
